Department: Aging and Family Services
Wage Rate: Grade 3, $12.00/hour
Hours: Temporary On Call Position; Generally working one to two times per month, as needed. Work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., weekdays.

Licensing: Must possess a valid State of Utah driver’s license and must be able to obtain a County Health Department Food Handlers Permit within the first six weeks of appointment.
Primary Responsibilities: Delivers hot meals to Senior Center and home-bound seniors in the Utah County area. Assist with loading delivery vehicle with meals and other items for delivery, driving vehicle to deliver meals to senior centers, volunteer drop sites and individual residences on a predetermined route. Maintain records and make reports related to job responsibilities. Keep assigned vehicle clean and report required preventative maintenance needs. Must abide by all laws pertaining to the operation of a delivery vehicle and operate a vehicle in a safe manner at all times. Must work cooperatively with other staff and clients. Ability to locate addresses is desired. Selected applicants will be subject to a full background check.
